The total number of BPL/AAY/Anapurna beneficiaries under the Nongstoin Sadar Sub-Division is as follows:

•        BPL Families     =  3326 Nos.

•         AAY Families   =   2069 Nos.

• Annapurna Families =     565 Nos.

 

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply) West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin-informed to all the card holders of AAY, BPL,and APL falling under the Nongstoin Sadar Sub-Division, that the APL Rice and Sugar for the month of October 2011 have been released to the public through the Wholesalers to all the Fair Price Shop Dealers. The rates are as follows :-

1. AAY                    - 35 KG per Card @ Rs 3  per  KG.

2. BPL                    - 35 KG   per card @ Rs 6.15p per KG.

3. APL                    - 22.42 KG  per house hold @ Rs 9.41p upto Rs 9.99p per KG .

4.Levy sugar - 5kg.132g @ Rs14.05 to Rs 14.42 per kg

5..    SPL . ADHOC/ADDL.BPL - 38kg.350g per house hold @ Rs 6.15 for all BPL and AAY Card holders.

6. SPL . ADHOC/ADDL.APL - 13kg.189g per house hold @ Rs 9.41 to Rs 9.99 per kg.

Any non-supply or overcharging of rate by the Fair Price Shop Dealers may be brought to the notice of the Undersigned along  with the details  for necessary  action.
